Decide using your travel details
Begin with the agreed total. Ask about luggage, pickup, time-of-day and extra-stop charges. Confirm a new amount if the route changes. Do not assume everyone travels the same distance.
Agree on payment before boarding. If someone pays upfront, keep the receipt and agree on reimbursement. The landing does not confirm in-app payments or automatic settlement. A cancellation can change each person’s contribution; decide beforehand how to handle it.
What to check before leaving
Check date, terminal, timing and destination. People on the same flight may need different routes, carry different luggage or leave at different times. Agree on a waiting deadline and a public, permitted meeting point.
Check the airport rules and licensed operator’s conditions. Confirm seats, luggage space, accessibility and total price before booking. Keep an independent backup when details remain uncertain. Do not publish identity documents, boarding passes or bank details in the group.
